Sofa Club
EV
We delivered a turnkey EV charging hub installation at a high-footfall retail park in Liverpool city centre, comprising four dual Injet Ampax ultra-rapid DC charging stations, complete with integrated 32-inch advertising screens and 10-inch touchscreen user interfaces. Managed full end-to-end delivery across power supply, civil works, infrastructure, bay marking and hardware procurement, ensuring a seamless and fully operational solution from the ground up.
Ramgarhia Sikh Temple
Construction
Delivered a multi-storey steel-frame place of worship with complex architectural detailing and high-spec finishes. Managed extreme infrastructure risk over the city’s main water feed with a £1m-per-day insurance liability, coordinating multiple specialist trades to ensure seamless delivery.

Undertook mechanical and electrical installations within a prominent civic building, integrating modern systems within an architecturally significant structure. Careful coordination and technical expertise ensured compliance, performance and preservation of the building’s character.
Rolls Royce
Modular
Delivered full mechanical and electrical installation and plant setup for a satellite pilot facility established as part of a joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Fiat, supporting precision investment casting for aircraft engine components. Managed the integration and commissioning of specialist manufacturing plant and infrastructure, enabling successful process validation of high-tolerance aerospace castings. Following the pilot programme’s success, progressed to the delivery of a dedicated main production facility in Italy, forming the core operational base for large-scale aerospace investment casting.
Sleeperz Hotel Extension
Construction / M&E
Delivered a seven-storey city-centre hotel extension with full mechanical and electrical systems, high-spec interiors, and seamless integration with the operational building. Navigated a small triangular site in a busy city-centre location, managing complex logistics next to a live railway and main thoroughfare of traffic and pedestrians, completing over 400 precision crane lifts while keeping the hotel fully operational. Programme: 15 months.
Leodis Student Accomodation

Provided modular bathroom pods, mechanical and electrical installation for a large-scale student accommodation scheme. Off-site pod manufacture enhanced quality assurance, accelerated programme delivery and ensured consistency across multi-occupancy residential units.
Heathrow Airport

Delivered a purpose-built food production facility at Heathrow Airport for Alpha Catering, providing full mechanical and electrical installation to support large-scale airline catering operations. The bespoke facility was designed to accommodate specialist food preparation, packaging and sealed distribution processes for aircraft services. Executed works within a highly secure, airside-controlled airport environment, coordinating logistics, compliance and workforce access under strict aviation security protocols to ensure seamless delivery without disruption to ongoing operations.
